LIVE IN Gardener Caretaker working for a couple at their historical home near Woodbridge Suffolk.
Our clients are seeking an experienced and versatile professional Gardener self motivated and used to working on their own in a rural location- This will suit a single semi retired person who is still strong and able that is looking for a lifestyle like the good life not just a job - a calm beautiful place with a long term home- who bonds and loves animals and nature and prefers a solitary secure life.
The very manageable 4 acre gardens are mature and historical with stunning banks and hedges, vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit cages, stunning trees, a pool and tennis court as well as lawns to mow.
Well-organised working with professional care and discretion - good sense of humour be kindly and have a friendly manner. The couple are semi retired and go to their home in London or travel it is very important that the person stays on the property for security. They must love dogs as the beautiful friendly young hound is in their full care and ideally will stay with them in the cottage provided- another social dog is welcome but no cats. On days off the dog still needs to be walked as he is too strong for the couple.
Must be an animal lover - also alpacas that need water and hay.
Handyman house maintenance and repairs are handy.
When they need lifts to the station or airport and errands driving
Accommodation is a 1-bed Bungalow gate house with fitted kitchen and bathroom and wood burner all in excellent condition with utility bills included. A BMW for sole use- both mist be well cared for kept clean and tidy - the ideal candidate will have good communication skills and positive energy
