Caring for the interior, kitchen living areas . Food shopping and care of food areas.
Cooking light meals for a lady principal (chef is bought in for dinner parties).
Walking and care of two spaniels e dog sitting (and house) if the principal is away.
Chauffeuring the principal very important to have large premium car such as Rolls Royce or Bentley cars and be able to care of cars - refuel cleaning and driving experience.
Handyman duties,
Errands, laying fires, cutting logs, changing bulbs. small DIY hands on - oversee any tradesman and deliveries.
Security of the property with keyholder and alarm responder duties. Oil deliveries and care of household heat and light.
Accommodation is a 3 bed stunning cottage with kitchen, drawing room, dining room, bathroom
No children but small well behaved pet welcome. Respectful and not fouling the grounds ever.
Flexible and responsible - reliable - looks to see what needs doing - notice things if any splinters clear up or fuel on a driveway - not leave things be proactive.
salary circa £60k but you do contribute approx £400 a month to household bills electricity oil and water - no council tax
